Precision machined in the USA from 6061-T6 billet aluminum, this one-piece alternator pulley from Billet Specialties offers both strength and style. It features a bolt-on nose cone that hides the alternator nut and washer for a clean finished look. Designed to fit most GM, Delco, and Ford alternators, the pulley measures 2-1/2" in diameter.

Unlike cast pulleys that can develop density variations leading to imbalance and vibration at high RPM, billet pulleys are equally dense throughout. This ensures true balance and smoother operation for a more reliable pulley drive system.
