This billet aluminum hose separator is specifically designed to manage and space two hoses of different diameters—one measuring 0.906″ and the other 1.015″. It’s ideal for custom plumbing setups where larger hose sizes are used, such as radiator or transmission cooler systems.

Machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and polished to a mirror-like finish, this separator maintains consistent spacing between dissimilar hose sizes, helping prevent abrasion and vibration-related wear. Stainless steel hardware is included for secure installation.
