Quartz Halogen "Behind-the-Lens" Retrofit Kit; 1937/39 Ford Standard. Includes all the components to retrofit existing stock headlamp buckets into the "Behind-the-Lens" system. This headlamp system mounts a flat quartz headlamp unit inside the headlamp bucket. With this system, a clean, focused beam of light shines through the clear, outer lens, onto the road. This kit contains the flat halogen headlamp unit mounted on a specially designed aiming bracket. Also included is a turn signal socket & bulb to mount inside the bucket, near the top. The turn signal can be seen through the fluting at the top of the outer glass lens. Since the outer glass is clear, a polished stainless steel insert liner is included to give the interior of the headlamp bucket a high-tech, finished appearance. This kit includes all wiring pigtails, beam aiming screws, and instructions. 12 volt only. Order the special clear outer headlamp lens separately, part number 78-13060-CL. This kit does two headlamp buckets.
