The EMS Tailpan is a die-stamped replacement panel made from heavy 18-gauge automotive steel. It forms the lower rear section of the vehicle’s body, between the rear fenders and beneath the trunk lid. This panel is commonly rusted or damaged and is critical to restoring the appearance and structure of the rear body. It includes correct body lines, the bottom flange, and the area for bumper slots.

Designed for an OEM-style fit, this tail pan replicates factory shapes and contours, allowing for clean installation with minimal modification.

Vehicle Compatibility:

  • 1937 Standard and Deluxe Ford Humpback Sedans
  • 1938 Standard Ford Humpback Sedans
  • Can not fit: 1938 Ford Deluxe Sedans

Material:

18-gauge automotive steel

Thanks for your business.

Every customer is different—and that’s exactly why they’re called customers. There’s no single formula that works for everyone. Some people want detailed descriptions, others prefer videos, and some need parts fabricated or welded to suit their project. Our approach has always been simple: meet people where they are, listen carefully, and treat every customer the same way we would want to be treated ourselves. That philosophy has guided how we do business from the very beginning and continues to shape everything we do today.
