I have an Ididit, Flaming River or aftermarket tilt column, will these wheels fit?
Yes, however there is an additional spacer that should be used. When installed without the spacer there will be a small gap (about 1/4" or so) in between the bottom of the steering wheel and the top collar of the column. Ididit makes a spacer to fill in this gap which is their part # 2612100040.
Fortunately for all of us the great guys at Ididit made an instructional video about how to put our wheel (or any stock 1955-68 Steering wheel) on an Ididit column. The process should be similar for most other tilt columns as well.
Reminder: Closed Saturdays through the summer, starting June 6.
We stock Element fire extinguishers! They're the size of a jumbo hot dog and leave no residue.
