This master cylinder features a lightweight aluminum body with an integral reservoir and dual hydraulic circuits, offering reliable braking while significantly reducing weight compared to traditional cast-iron master cylinders.
The 1.00 inch bore version is suitable for both manual and power-assisted brake systems and does not include a pushrod. Designed to fit common domestic mounting flanges ranging from approximately 3.22 inches to 3.40 inches, this master cylinder works with many cars and trucks from the mid-1960s to present. Fluid outlet ports are located on both sides of the bore for flexible brake line routing.
Machined from high-pressure die cast aluminum, this master cylinder weighs approximately 3 pounds and features a chrome powder coat finish for corrosion resistance and a clean engine bay appearance. Stroke is set at 1.10 inches with a 2:1 volume ratio between the primary and secondary chambers.
