This 3/16-inch thick steel axle retainer is designed for large bearing Ford 9-inch housings (late/Torino style). It bolts directly to the housing end to secure the axle and bearing in place. The open-center design allows installation without removing the bearing from the axle, making service and replacement much easier. Sold individually.
