Battery Box – Aluminum – Sealed – Taylor 200 Series – Satin/Natural Finish

Sealed aluminum battery box from the Taylor 200 Series designed for safe and secure battery mounting in street and race applications. This three-piece battery box design allows access to the battery without removing it from the box and complies with NHRA rule 8:1 for installations where additional battery containment is required.

Constructed from .040 inch aluminum, the box is lightweight yet durable and fits many common performance batteries, including Odyssey PC1500 series, Optima RedTop and YellowTop, and most Group 34/78 and 75/25 batteries. The lid features an embossed Taylor logo and attaches using chrome acorn nuts. A heavy-duty, one-piece welded battery tray hold-down and spacers are included to accommodate varying battery widths.
