Part number 42230 is a serviceable in‑line fuel filter designed for high-performance fuel systems. The housing is machined from polished 6061‑T6 aluminum and accepts -6 AN male inlet/outlet fittings. Inside, a replaceable 40‑micron stainless steel mesh element captures small contaminants without significantly restricting flow. The compact design allows it to fit neatly in tight engine bay locations. Although it ships without a mounting bracket, it is compatible with standard aftermarket clamp kits.
