Black EXO Series Exhaust Wrap – 1-1/2" x 20'

Black EXO Series exhaust wrap designed for extreme-environment use in off-road, powersports, dirt track, and desert applications. Traditional wraps struggle with water, debris, and impact, but EXO Series wrap uses a dual-layer construction: a high-temperature glass fiber inner layer surrounded by a 304 stainless steel exoskeleton. This design provides exceptional heat protection along with superior abrasion and impact resistance.

EXO Series wrap features Air Gap Technology, which keeps the inner wrap off the hot surface and creates an insulating barrier for improved thermal control. The 1.5-inch width makes installation easy on headers, exhaust tubing, and tight curves, and the stainless exoskeleton locks together when overlapped to maintain a tight, durable fit.
