Lightweight, flexible heat-reflective tape designed to protect components from radiant heat and provide a clean, finished appearance on insulation products. Cool Tape is constructed from a one-mil aluminized layer bonded to a woven glass fiber backing, creating a durable thermal barrier that reflects radiant heat up to 2000°F. The strong self-adhesive backing allows it to stick securely to most clean surfaces.
Cool Tape is ideal for wrapping wiring, hoses, and fuel lines, sealing seams on heat shields, finishing edges on insulated panels, or protecting sensitive components from heat exposure. It withstands direct heat up to 400°F and provides excellent adhesion without adding bulk or weight.
