Flexible Engine Dipstick – GM LS-Series, Stainless Housing

Lokar’s ED‑5008 flexible engine dipstick is designed for GM LS-series engines (1997 and later), intended for the passenger-side block-mounted dipstick port. It features a stainless steel braided housing lined with PTFE for excellent heat resistance, kink protection, and durability in tight engine bay environments — especially when routed through or near headers.

The inner dipstick rod is molded with precise, factory-style oil level markings, ensuring consistent, accurate checks. A push-in clear-anodized billet aluminum handle uses a double O‑ring seal to prevent oil leaks and requires no additional mounting hardware. The sleek, slim design is optimized for clearance in custom or performance applications where space is constrained.
