Form-A-Shield – 21" x 48"

Form-A-Shield is designed for situations where a true direct-contact heat barrier is required. Built to withstand continuous direct heat up to 1400°F, it can be applied directly to exhaust headers, manifolds, turbo housings, and downpipes to dramatically reduce radiant temperatures. The 10 mil dimpled aluminum surface is bonded to a high-temperature basalt insulation layer, creating a flexible and highly durable shield that forms easily to complex shapes. Ideal for lowering under-hood heat and retaining more exhaust energy inside the system. Fasten using clamps, straps, or DEI Locking Ties. Sold as a 21" x 48" sheet. No adhesive backing.
