Under the floor, compact master cylinder bracket mounts the brake pedal in double shear. Available welded or ready to weld.

The formed master cylinder mount is 3/16" laser cut mild steel with holes to mount either Ford or GM master cylinders. The 3/8" thick pedal mounts in double shear for strength and to make pedal removal easier – the pedal doesn’t have to slide off a pin. This, in turn, means a smaller hole in the floor. The standard pedal is offset, but boomerang-shaped arms with no offset and straight pedal arms can be substituted. The adjustable pedal mount parts are included. This kit was designed for Model ‘A’ Fords, but can be used in T-buckets and many other frames. The center of the master cylinder is 2-1/2″ off of the frame rail so a master cylinder with left hand ports should be used.

A stainless pedal pad bracket is included, but the kit can be ordered without it. If you'd prefer a 1/2-20 threaded bung instead of the stainless bracket, please order the kit without the stainless bracket and add the bung to your cart (in related products below).
