Power Steering Conversion Box – 1952–1964 Full-Size Ford Cars

Modern power steering conversion gearbox designed for 1952–1964 full-size Ford vehicles. This is a brand-new, modern power steering box that provides a quicker 14:1 steering ratio and a firm, modern steering feel compared to original manual steering systems.

This conversion requires steering column modification for installation. Vehicles equipped with a 3-speed column-shift manual transmission are not compatible. The gearbox is assembled and tested in the USA using globally sourced components and is backed by a 3-year manufacturer warranty.

This steering box will also fit Mercury vehicles that share the same chassis platform.

• Pitman shaft: 1-1/8" Ford, 32 splines with 4 master splines
• Pressure port: 16mm x 1.5 flare (engine side)
• Return port: 16mm x 1.5 flare (input shaft side)
• Maximum pressure: 1450 PSI
• Optimal operating pressure: 1100–1250 PSI
• Recommended flow rate: 2.0–2.5 GPM
