Tan Glass Fiber Exhaust Wrap – 1" x 15'

Tan fiberglass exhaust wrap designed to reduce under-hood heat and improve exhaust system efficiency. This 15-foot roll is 1 inch wide and is suitable for wrapping headers, downpipes, and tight-radius bends. By retaining heat within the exhaust tubing, the wrap increases exhaust gas velocity and helps improve performance while lowering under-hood temperatures.

The material withstands up to 1200°F direct and 2000°F radiant heat and includes installation guide lines woven into the wrap for easier, more consistent application. For best results, use stainless steel locking ties to secure the wrap and apply DEI HT Silicone Coating spray to seal and protect the fibers.

Notes:
• Do not wrap catalytic converters; use a heat shield instead.
• Once heat-cycled, wrap becomes rigid and should not be moved or removed.
• Not recommended for titanium exhaust systems due to heat retention making the metal brittle.
