Tan Glass Fiber Exhaust Wrap – 1" x 50'

Tan fiberglass exhaust wrap designed to reduce under-hood heat and improve exhaust system efficiency. This 50-foot roll of 1-inch-wide wrap is ideal for full header sets, downpipes, or extended sections of exhaust tubing. By keeping heat inside the exhaust system, the wrap increases exhaust gas velocity while lowering radiant heat throughout the engine bay.

The wrap withstands 1200°F direct heat and 2000°F radiant heat, and features woven installation guide lines for a cleaner, more consistent application. Stainless steel locking ties are recommended for securing the wrap, and DEI HT Silicone Coating spray is suggested to seal and protect the material for maximum durability.

Notes:
• Do not wrap catalytic converters; excessive heat can shorten their lifespan.
• Wrap becomes rigid after heat cycling and should not be moved or removed.
• Not recommended for titanium exhaust systems due to the risk of overheating and cracking.
