Versa Shield™ Starter Shield – 7" x 24"

Universal heat protection wrap designed to prevent starter failure and other component issues caused by under-hood heat soak. The Versa Shield™ is built from aluminized, heat-reflective material backed by a high-temperature glass fiber insulation layer, capable of reflecting radiant heat up to 2000°F.

The flexible design allows the shield to wrap around starters, master cylinders, cool cans, fuel pumps, distributors, and similar components. It installs easily using an integrated hook-and-loop edge closure and can be trimmed to length for a precise fit. Most applications do not require removing the starter during installation.
