Product Details
Brand: Vibrant
MPN: 1437

This CNC-machined wastegate inlet flange is designed for external wastegates using a 2-bolt mounting pattern with a 35mm to 38mm valve diameter, such as TiAL 35mm, TiAL 38mm, Deltagate, Turbosmart, and other similar units. Constructed from 3/8" thick 304 stainless steel for exceptional heat resistance and longevity, this flange resists warping even under extreme turbo system temperatures.

The compact footprint makes it ideal for tight engine bay layouts, while the integrated tapped M8 x 1.25 threaded holes eliminate the need for through-bolting, saving time and improving installation clarity. The internal flow path is precision-machined to ensure smooth gas transition with minimal turbulence, supporting consistent boost control and wastegate performance.

• Fits 35mm–38mm external wastegates (TiAL, Turbosmart, Deltagate, Evolution)
• CNC-machined from 3/8" thick 304 stainless steel
• Includes M8 x 1.25 tapped mounting holes for bolt-in installation
• Designed for high-heat, high-boost turbo applications
• Ideal for custom manifolds or wastegate mount repairs
• Sold individually

Thanks for your business.

Every customer is different—and that’s exactly why they’re called customers. There’s no single formula that works for everyone. Some people want detailed descriptions, others prefer videos, and some need parts fabricated or welded to suit their project. Our approach has always been simple: meet people where they are, listen carefully, and treat every customer the same way we would want to be treated ourselves. That philosophy has guided how we do business from the very beginning and continues to shape everything we do today.
