Mustang II / Thunderbird II Inner Tie Rod Extensions, Manual Rack Version

Inner tie rod extension set designed for Mustang II and Thunderbird II–style manual steering racks. These extensions install between the rack inner shaft and the tie rod pivot point, moving the pivot outward to better align with the lower control arm geometry. This keeps the tie rod in the same plane as the lower control arm and helps preserve proper steering geometry while reducing bump steer.

This manual rack version does not use roll pin retention. Thread locking compound is recommended during installation.
